On April 26, 2023, Mr. Wang Shiyu joined Taihe Institute (TI) as a senior fellow.
Wang Shiyu is an experienced investment banker, an expert in global mergers and acquisitions, and the founder of D12. He previously served as the General Manager of the Investment Banking Division of Wantong Group, Co-Founder and Managing Director of China M&A Management Holding, Director of the Hainan Branch of SF Group, General Manager of the Financial Products Headquarters of Delong Group, and Co-Founder of Guangcai 49 Group under All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Wang has extensive experience in domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing, real estate financing, and global business expansion.
Wang's major publications include Nasdaq in China, A Review of Delong Incident, China Restructuring, Global M&A and Chinese Integration, A Book for Young Entrepreneurs, Globalization 3.0, Globalization Driven by Digital Economy, and D12: A Digital Solution for China's Industry.
TI's research capabilities in the fields of digital economy and digital China are expected to further develop as Mr. Wang Shiyu joins TI as a senior fellow.
